How we make money
Three ways: brokerage when you buy, qualified leads sold to builders, and paid showcase placements on this site. You pay us nothing. Because builders do pay us, you should know exactly what that money can and cannot buy.
What money cannot buy here
- Not a fact. A sponsored card is rendered from the same database row, through the same code, as the free card for that project. There is no code path that would let a payment change a completion date, an address or a promoter name.
- Not a verification status. Paying us does not make a project verified. The emerald badge means one thing: we matched the fact to the Karnataka RERA register.
- Not a delivery record.If a builder's completion date was extended by nine months, the sponsored card says so, in the same words as every other card.
- Not search ranking. No paid placement appears inside search results or inside a collection list. Sponsorship exists in named, capped, labelled slots and nowhere else.
- Not silence.Every paid item carries a “Sponsored” label, in the same position, at the same size, every time.
1. Brokerage
We are a RERA-registered real-estate agent (PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/AG/180727/001036, valid to 27 Jul 2028). When you buy a home through us, the builder pays us a commission out of the sale — typically 1–2% of the value, set by the builder, not by us. You pay nothing, and the price you pay is the same price you would pay walking in alone.
The obvious conflict: we get paid when you buy something. Our defence against it is the part of the site you can check — the register facts, the delivery records, the buckets that exist precisely because a builder would rather you did not sort by them. We will tell you when a project is not worth seeing, because the reason to use us twice is that we did.
2. Qualified leads
When you ask us about a project, we pass your enquiry to that builder's sales team and they pay us for it. That is the whole mechanism. What it means for you:
- Your details go to the builder of the project you asked about, and to us. Not to a panel of thirty agents, and not to anyone you did not ask about.
- We do not sell your phone number as a list, and we never will.
- An enquiry is not a commitment. Ask about prices and then walk away — that is a normal outcome and costs you nothing.
3. Paid showcase
Builders can buy a labelled position on this site. Each slot has a hard cap on how many items it can hold, so paid placement can never take over a page, and each slot is sold by the month.

When nobody has bought a slot
We fill it ourselves and label it “Our pick”— usually the projects with the best delivery record on the register, meaning their completion date never moved from the date filed at registration. We do not leave an empty box, and we do not run a house ad dressed up as a sponsorship. If a card says “Sponsored”, somebody paid for that position. If it says “Our pick”, nobody did.
What a builder is actually billed for
Two numbers, both recorded by our server. A view is one visit where the labelled slot was actually on screen — not a page load, and not a cache refresh. A click is a visitor going from the slot to the project, counted as a redirect through our own server. We report both per day and we do not round them up.
What we do not sell
- Display advertising, pop-ups and interstitials. There are none on this site.
- Your data to anyone other than the builder of the project you enquired about. No data brokers, no lead marketplaces.
- “Verified”, “Trusted” or “Preferred” badges. Those words describe what we checked, so they are not for sale at any price.
- Removal of a bad delivery record. A builder cannot pay to have an extension hidden, and asking is how a builder loses their slot.
